We invest in property in all asset types that fall under both residential and commercial property and provide the relevant expertise and equity capital, to transform the property into a high-performing asset whilst supporting local housing and business needs.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Adam is an established Investor and Strategy Professional, with 8 years of experience, working with Financial Institutions and large Corporates across industries such as Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Energy and Natural Resources. He started his career as an investment analyst, followed by a fulfilling career at Ernst & Young UK LLP, where he worked on high priority Strategy & Transformation projects. Leveraging the skills gained through his career, Adam incorporated Harris Capital in 2019 leading multiple property acquisitions for the organisation. He specialises in sourcing distressed assets, and adopting value-add strategies to increase capital value and rental income.
