CONTRACT

Investors are required to sign a Limited Partnership agreement stating their responsibilities and expected returns. The agreement will also include information on the role of Harris Capital as the General Partner.

CAPITALISATION

The minimum capital contribution is £15,000, subject to a minimum 5 year holding period during which the investor will receive a return on their equity invested. Investors may not withdraw their capital before this period.

DISBURSEMENTS

Monthly disbursements will be paid to Investors according to their share of capital invested. Investors will received 70% of net cashflow and Harris Capital will receive 30%. Expected investor return on capital is baselined at 7%.

TOTAL RETURN

Total returns include monthly cashflows and a percentage of the net exit proceeds, which is baselined at 20% annualized return. Upon exit, Harris Capital will return the investors initial capital plus net proceeds.
